Project Description
DPDS have been instructed to prepare and submit an application for full planning permission and listed building consent for the vacant farm buildings and bring them back to use.
The first phase of the development will involve demolition of 1 redundant structure and change of use to the southern range of former agricultural buildings into 6 holiday lets.
The second phase of development will be change of use of the northern range of buildings, including a former cottage, into holiday lets.
The buildings have significant heritage with some elements potentially dating back as the late 17th century and were used in Wiltshire’s historic cheese-making/dairy industry.
