DPDS were instructed by Clients, Hannick Homes & Developments Ltd, to assist as architecture and planning consultants on a residential proposal that had been refused Planning Permission.

DPDS Architecture reviewed the design and made recommendation for amendment and presentation of the scheme.  Together with the planning advice, robust argument was presented at appeal with the use of Computer Generated Images of the proposed development in an Edwardian Conservation Area, Westlecott Road, Swindon.

DPDS convincingly won the appeal; the site with benefit of Detail Planning Permission was sold to Gleeson Homes and the development successfully completed.
