In Lower Wanborough, Wiltshire, on the site of an old farmyard within a village conservation area, DPDS Architecture designed a sensitive 10 dwelling scheme for housebuilder Charles Church.

DPDS made a Detailed Planning Application, Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent Application for Demolition following careful negotiation with the Local Authority which resulted in Swindon Borough Council encouraging an increased density for the development which reflects a strong village vernacular style.
