The Grade II mill set within spectacular landscaped gardens has been meticulously restored.  DPDS Central Region secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent through sensitive negations with Derbyshire Dales District Council to ensure that the proposals met with their strict conversation guidelines.

DPDS Architecture was responsible for the design and conversion of the mill which included the restoration of the original waterwheel measuring almost 7 meters in diameter (the largest in Derbyshire) which forms the centrepiece of this stunning centrepiece of a wonderful family home.
