On behalf of New College, DPDS Architecture undertook a complete property and accommodation audit of the existing campus.

The Practice subsequently provided a successful development strategy for a £12m new campus facility jointly funded by the Further Education Finance Council and private funding through disposal of surplus land made available through a structured rationalisation of college accommodation.

DPDS acted both as planners and architects in the realisation of this project.
